Refund Policy
We enforce a strict 30 (calendar) days after the moment of purchase to perform a Refund Request. In the case of a refund, you can contact us at [email protected], and let about 6-10 days for the refund to be reflected back on your bank statement. After the 30 (calendar) days have past no refund is possible.
Partners Program Admission
The Partners Program information is used to be manually reviewed by our team. They will ensure that you are complicit with the requirements proposed by our Partners Program page, Partners Program. We reserve admission of who gets into the Partners Program. This includes MSPs, Systems Integrators, Carriers, and Resellers that complete our requirements.
