Presence

VitalPBX Communicator includes 'Presence', by monitoring the contact status. It is also possible to associate a manual presence status.

Phone Features

We have included all the features that a Softphone should have to operate in a Call Center. Among which we can mention: Hold, Transfer, Conference, Auto Answer, Do Not Disturb, Call Recording and Multiple Accounts.

Call Center

We have integrated Call Center functions such as LogIn, LogOut, Pause, UnPause. In the case of pauses, it is possible to declare them with a cause, eg: Restroom, Lunch, Break, etc. Very useful to obtain later in reports.

Protocols Support

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol). SDP (Session Description Protocol). TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) /UDP (User Datagram Protocol). STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT).

Support of all kinds of Internet connections. Multiline support. Multiple sip accounts registration. Multi-party voice conference. SIP Registrar support (compatibility with most of SIP servers including Asterisk). Works under firewall. IM interface.

NAT (Network Address Translation) support. Encryption on the basis of sRTP, DLS, and DTLS. DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) support. SIP Authentication. Codecs management. Log file on/off setting.
