• Asterisk Update: The PBX Engine has been updated to Asterisk version 18.23.1. This update brings numerous under-the-hood improvements and bug fixes that enhance overall system stability and performance.
• Callback Feature on Blind Transfer: You can now enable the Callback feature on Blind Transfers from the “Advanced” tab within the extensions module. This feature enhances call handling flexibility and efficiency.
• Phone Provisioning Add-ons:
• Attimo Brand: The Attimo brand is now available in the Phones Provisioning add-on, offering more options for device provisioning.
• Grandstream WP Models: The Grandstream WP models have also been added to the Phones Provisioning add-on, expanding the list of supported devices.
• Max Contacts Field: The “Max Contacts” field in the extensions module is now limited to a maximum of 10 contacts. This change helps to optimize system performance and prevent configuration issues.
• IVR Stats Queries: IVR Stats queries have been updated for better performance when viewing or exporting results. This improvement ensures smoother and more efficient reporting.
• Device API Endpoint: Previously, it was impossible to use the device’s API endpoint with virtual devices defined in the PBX. This issue has been resolved.
• Provisioning Module: The provisioning module previously used invalid config file names for some Sangoma “S” phone models. This has been corrected to ensure proper configuration and functionality.
• E-mail Settings: E-mail settings did not apply after importing or restoring a backup. This issue has been fixed, ensuring that your email configurations are retained.
• Bulk Modifications Module: Using the bulk modifications module with a large number of extensions caused an unexpected exception. This problem has been addressed to ensure smoother bulk operations.
• Importing Extensions: Importing large sets of extensions caused unexpected exceptions. This issue has been fixed to support seamless import operations.
• Tenant API Parameter: The parameter “allow_recordings” was always set to “Yes” when creating tenants from the API. This behavior has been corrected to respect the specified settings.
• InnoDB Buffer Pool Size: The parameter “innodbbufferpool_size” was set to zero on machines with two or fewer GB of RAM, affecting performance. This has been adjusted to ensure appropriate memory allocation.
