We are an MSP / IT outsourcer. We do no reseller but we provide both manage phone services and sell hosted phones as part of our service. We’ve been using you guys for years. A year ago I asked about what to do in our unique situation as we buy components from you on behalf of our customers and operate them so we need the reseller style discount to keep the price competitive and they said to just sign up here, but we never got around to it.
