We’ve expanded our provisioning add-on! Now you can effortlessly set up the SNOM M100, Grandstream DP base stations, and the latest Sangoma D series phone models. This broadening of supported devices ensures that you have more choices to fit your unique business needs.
Our commitment to efficiency is unwavering, and with that in mind, we’ve made improvements to our provisioning process. Now, after updating your extensions’ device information, the corresponding provisioning files will be updated automatically, streamlining the entire workflow and minimizing manual input.
Our team has been working diligently to address and resolve several issues to provide you with a smoother experience:
– Call Recording Reliability: We’ve fixed an issue where blind transferred calls did not generate a recording file per CDR entry. Now, you can have peace of mind knowing that all your calls are properly recorded.
– BulkVS Delivery Status: We identified and corrected a flaw where BulkVS delivery status was mistakenly registered as an incoming message. Clarity is key in messaging, and this fix ensures accurate communication tracking.

– CRON Task Execution: Some users reported that hourly CRONs weren’t getting executed. This is no longer a concern! We’ve resolved the hiccup, and you can rely on scheduled tasks to run on time, every time.
– AI Recording Creation: In cases where AI recording creation failed due to folder permissions, rest easy— we’ve addressed the issue, clearing the path for successful AI-driven recording management.
– Tenant Deletion: You may have experienced issues when trying to delete tenants, due to the absence of log events. We’ve taken care of this bug, ensuring that tenant management is smooth and error-free.
– Extension Importing: We’ve lifted the logger limitation on concurrent requests per IP that was causing importing extensions to fail, hence enhancing the integration process and your overall user experience.
