What Includes?
- VitalPBX 3 Update: Prior to migration, we will ensure that your existing VitalPBX 3 installation is updated to the latest version to mitigate any potential compatibility issues.
- Backup Creation: A comprehensive backup of your VitalPBX 3 system will be created to safeguard against data loss during the migration process.
- Add-On Installation: Our team will install and configure the add-ons that are currently utilized on VitalPBX 3, including but not limited to Switchboard, Recordings, Stats, Dialer, etc., on your existing VitalPBX 4 installation.
- Add-On Configuration: We will guide you through the setup wizard for each add-on to ensure proper configuration and functionality post-migration.
- Backup Import: Once the new VitalPBX 4 server is ready, we will import the previously created backup from VitalPBX 3, ensuring continuity of data and configurations.
